oh yea. This I do quite a bit. Some days I wake up and the only way I can funtion is to push everything that is coming at me away. But in doing so I write a quick blab in my journal of what is going on so that later when I am journal writing I can take time to think about what was going on and why. that way its not all clawing back at me at the wrong times. Maybe you can try that. Talking into a tape recorder also helps.
