interesting you posted this question! I don't know; but I recently tested low for platelets too. I would call your Dr. to be sure. I did ask mine about fatigue; she said it doesn't mean you are anemic; but can hemorrhage too slowly if you are wounded because the blood does not coagulate as fast.
