I've had mental health problems since childhood, due to trauma and abuse, certainly not smoking, or the lack of.
And I actually am somewhat phobic to cigarette smoke due to health reasons and also associations of someone who smoked to a difficult period in my life. Perhaps that's part of the issue for me here.
So you dont think you can get addicted to antidepressants, try detoxing 300mg of effexor an you will soon change your mind. You so seem to have the wrong idea of my answer, A lot of people with SA or other mental illnesses , use cigs as there self medication, they get theraputic vibes from them its there crutch . Take them away an the crumble, same with drink, a worker may stop every night on his way from home for a couple of drinks to de stress . Or crack open abottle of wine has he walk,s through the door. WITHOUT these release,s they would be down the gp getting AD,S . So im mentally ill an take meds , they may be mentally ill an dont trust meds so do there own self medication. They are in no more danger than me. my meds distroy body organs , smokeing an drinking does the same.So nobody win,s on this one.
