@ hankster-lol! I just don't know how to deal with cog/behavioral; neutrality, to me, reassures that you get outta there knowing how and why you stand, instead of 'simply' replacing behaviors and thoughts.
@Perna-It truly does suck that all of it is focusing on the science portion-we deal with humans everyday-not to say we should treat everyone like clients, but there is a lot to be learned interpersonally too! lol on the 'person-centered' therapy! I would actually like to learn a little bit of humanism-neurtrality and positive regard are a good combo I think;
