how blessed am i? i came back to read this and cried all over again...good tears. thank you so much.

my stepfather is expected to pass this evening. however, if he doesn't, he will be taken off of the ventilator tomorrow. the doctors say that he's "no longer with us".

my main concern right now is for my mother. i can't count on the baby's parents to help with her or the baby. my hubby and daughter are trying to help with the baby, but he's not doing well with my being gone because he's so insecure in his little world without me. it's very tough. i've been running back and forth. i'm home now to put him down for bed and will come back at 7 in the a.m. to get him.

my brother and his g/f decided that a fight was more necessary than being there for mom or the baby.

mom understands that this little man needs to come first right now and wants it that way.
