Lately I have been doing my best to not cut but I end up doing other things like pulling out hair, biting myself, or just scratching with my nails.......and I have a knife in my room (for emergencies not cutting) and I have never actually cut myself with a knife but I think I might soon if the thoughts don't go away I am afraid I might do something really bad, my biggest worry about this is the longer I go without it the deeper it is and I don't know why.....It has been 2 weeks since I last did it......
