I can totally feel for you. For me, my biggest problem comes between three and four oclock at work. Its almost like my body goes into a panic and wants to binge on anything and everything (trust me, I work in a plant nursery, you can ALWAYS find something to eat).

Once I started taking a good solid multi vitamin and having good rounded meals, the need for those binges decreased. Its been a great feeling. Just today, while face to face with two boxes of cookies and "treats" I was able to just have one bite and not over stuff myself and choke down my emotions (which are really just that I'm sick of being at work by this part of the day).
