You may not like this but there tail are docked, You do it when there 3 days old an they dont cry in pain ,its soft tissue at that age. The reason for the docking is when in battle with vermin on farms an forestry land, the first thing that a fox will do is bit there tail, you leave enough of the tail to grab when they get themself stuck in a tight space like a fox hole. Dont forget they are not a pedigree, but were bred from different terrier,s to make a super terrier. Mine only hunt rats an small vermin, but its bred in them to hunt, even as pets they are always on the look out.
