I agree. I think people say that because they don't know what else to say. Its kind of invalidating in my opinion "why are you upset.. you shouldn't be upset.. God wouldn't do this to you if he thought you couldn't handle it and so you must be able to handle it. So stop being a baby and handle it ". blah blah
