I finally remembered to tell my pdoc and he said tell my therapist. I told them my memory is really bad and she said do you have an example...Of course I COULDN'T remember. Finally it came to me...I had forgotten a couple of Dr's appts. I had to ask them to put it in my records. I am appealing my first denial for SS and I am just lost and feeling quite hopeless.
