I think Celestine is most guilty of causing her own death. She had choices, and she chose to flee, ignoring the signs of danger. A close second is the bull, although it's difficult to call him guilty because he's an animal and he was just doing what bulls do. The king and the prince contributed to her death - they're not completely innocent.

But it's my belief that we have the ultimate responsibility for our actions and our own lives. I've found that life is actually simpler once you make that decision and stop blaming others. My two cents worth

But I feel sorry for Celestine. Is there going to be a service for her?
