I have been wanting to ask this question for ages as I am dead in the mornings and its ruining my day to day routines. I take it at 10-11pm and it doesn't kick in until 2-4am I am dead the next morning and it takes me 2-4 hours to actually get out of bed. Its ruining my life I feel. I think I am gonna start to take it earlier now maybe even 8pm. See how it goes
