Yes, everyone needs time to themselves, but as to how much time? Well, that's an individual preference.

For years, I didn't want any time to myself. But slowly I began giving it to myself. Some days I require more alone time than other days. It's not always the same.

I'm sure since you feel overly suffocated by the lack of alone time that you might feel the urge to get a lot of it all at once! I'd suggest that you start out at first getting 30-45 minutes of alone time. Then if you need more time you can see where you can get it.

I'm sure that being married, having little ones, being a teacher and a coach kinda takes up a lot of time in your life at times. Try to get as much time alone that you can.
