Splitimage - I looked for a psychiatrist but I live in a small town n there r not many to choose from and the ones that r here r busy and hard to get into. Echoes - the Prozac didn't feel like it helped that's why I stopped taking it , T just pointed out what I already felt and knew. I just wanted to see if anyone had anything they took that seem to help, but I know we r all different. Thank y'all for responding. Sewerrats - my step daughter takes that and it was one of my options, I may try it.. What could it hurt right? Thanks again.
