During mid-week, we had a couple of days with 100 plus temps, then on Friday it dropped about 20 degrees, THANKFULLY! I HATE the heat and hate that we get hot weather in October when everyone else is having seasonal weather.  The see-sawing of the weather wreaks havoc with my sinuses too....
I couldn't sleep well cause of the heat; I did more sweating than sleeping for a couple of days and woke with a headache. No a/c in bedroom, a/c too noisy & inadequate in living room. Even using the window fan at 2am didn't help since it was still 70 degrees, according to my thermometer, at that hour!!
