I used to go Monday and Thursday and I really liked it. Then I went just on Thursday for a while, and that was a good day. I usually see him on Friday now.

I like Thursday the best, because there is still one day before the weekend, in case anything is left over and I need to contact T for whatever reason (it doesn't come up much, but it feels reassuring to me to know I *could*). And there's only three weekdays between the weekend and my T appointment, so it doesn't feel that far away after the weekend.
