Tuesday from 8-9 and Friday 830-1030 are my appt days/times. I do not work on Fridays, so those are the deeper sessions where we get down to the dirty work. Tuesday is a nice touch base session to talk about what's going on at work and professionally for me. My inner kiddos usually go on Fridays. It's a great schedule.

With it being October, I wish I could go every single day... Though I don't think my own clients would appreciate that on weekday mornings for me to cancel them for the entire month.
