I don't have DDNOS, I was diagnosed DID but since my alters and I are not co conscious, I have a difficult time understanding the DID. But I do understand the dissociation in general.. Well I don't but I can understand how it feels. From day dreaming to depersonalization to out of body experiences to blackouts. I also do have bipolar I and was diagnosed manic depressive 10 years ago. My mania gets the best of me very often. It's a strange mix is it not? My bipolar gets to the point of hearing and seeing things, and so does my dissociation. It's kind of a strange mix that makes up me. Many other things as well but the bipolar and dissociation I would have to admit are the main ones to cause impact on my life.

I may not be able to help 100% but any questions you may have about my experiences I am very willing to share. The way the mind works is so absolutely incredible and complex I thrive on listening to others experiences and learning from them and hope others can do the same with my experiences. Anyway I can help, or any thing you wonder just let me know
