Managed to apply the depression tactic of opposites... you know, forcing yourself to do exactly the opposite of what you feel like doing (or probably more accurately, what you
don't feel like doing(!)). Got a thing done that isn't too big a deal, but it lead to doing something I wouldn't want to do, even on a good day. (You don't really want to know, it's a gross cleaning chore!) Definitely a sense of accomplishment.

very depressed for so long, so it is a really big deal.)
