I'm sorry you're going through this right now and that you're so scared. It must be terrible. I really don't believe this will be how your life is forever. One thing I've learned in life is that the only thing certain is change. The things that worried me when I was your age didn't happen. When I look back, it seems silly that I wasted so much time thinking about them.

Things will get better. Meantime hold your head up and go about the business of your life.
