Flooded: Thanks. I'm worried that it won't last, though. But I proved to myself that I could do it!

I just want to add that I can't remember my latest sessions except for the holding hands part of them and the hugs. I remember bits and pieces, only. I think that when I email it helps me to keep the session clearer, but I don't know if that's necessarily good or not. The essence of what my T gives me I remember. I do remember her showing me the photos of her family. It's almost like she's dead (my worst fear) and I'm surviving.
