It's NOT your fault at all. She is making the choice. You can't stop her from that nor should you feel any guilt whatsoever.
You need to tell her to get help from someone more qualified. That is where your responsibility ends.
Tell her calmly that she is triggering you and that you can't help her. YOUR wellbeing overrides anyone else's especially right now.
