Hi Amy, I'm new here, and this is a post from a few months ago, so I don't know if you'll see this.

I have some ocpd traits too, but I get it confused with whether I have any true ocd ones as well. My psychiatrist always refers to my issues in that area as ocd as opposed to ocpd.
