I understand how you feel - I used to feel the same way. Still do sometimes. But think about it, if you needed Insulin to live, you wouldn't feel bad about needing it would you?

I kind of view psych meds the same way - something's biochemically wrong in my brain and I need meds to fix it. Or another way I look at it is, I can be miserable and not take meds, or I can take meds and be relatively happy.
