You can call the nurse's station and ask that they have someone from the family call you (as other family.) If no one has called you, and they did before, it probably means no change.

This is a trying time. Decisions you make today might be in your mind for a long time... it's impossible for me to know all your options...if there's nothing in your control, then try and calm yourself with that fact.
