Some quotes I've found regarding psychopaths and sociopaths. I thought they were both amusing and relevant to the conversation. For all future references, "spath" is psychopath or sociopath.

I have studied him on the site that he posts on. He does this at that site and the other posters believe that he is the 'spath with the heart of gold'. He gets off on their sympathy. So the response to him was a test and a rope. If he actually wanted to 'get better' he would have left immediately and gone to research the advice I gave him. So, now I know that he has a schtick: post about how hard it is for him to be a spath and never know true love…. puke. It’s what he does at psychcentral and the empaths there just eat it up. Not as wise as we are.
His posts are meant to be disinformation to confuse people about what spaths really want. He said it himself at the psychcentral site: he is angry about the way the media portrays the spaths. His agenda is to change public opinion, one empath at a time. My spath called it 'planting a seed'.
Well my opinion is that spaths CAN change. But their hubris is so great that they see no need for it. The rest of the world should change so that they can keep wearing the same old soiled diaper the rest of their lives. The rest of us should just wear clothes pins on our noses and pretend it doesn’t stink."

Granted, most of these are commenter posts. But the blog isn't much better, considering most the articles consist of sensationalized nonsense about alleged "sociopaths" (not diagnosed, of course), and the authors pointing their fingers at people in the media, claiming they are sociopaths.
