I went from feeling fine to feeling down, and now I'm heading up! It's 2:30am and I'm doing laundry and cleaning my room while listening to music. I rarely clean, and the only time I do it not on a weekend, and at this time of night is when I'm hypomanic or getting there. Great...*dripping sarcasm* Earlier I was trying to sleep but the anxiety and feeling like a million bees were buzzing in my head stopped that real quick. I'm guessing I should probably call my pdoc tomorrow and let her know what's going on even though I see her Thursday so it's not long.
