Strarted first class tonight toward re-licensing for foster care. We want to do what is called a legal risk adoption which means that if child is freed for adoption we could keep him or her. We really are looking for a small baby but will foster up to 2.5 or 3 yr olds and consider adoption. I am so excited but it's weird to be excited because someone else has misfortune and can't care for their child.
