Insight has to be followed by successful "working through," and for me at least that's just as much of an unknown country as my own infancy was six months ago. They say you have to get in touch with all those really bad feelings you had way back then, before you could talk, before you could think. I'm such a cognitive, left-brain person it's very hard for me to figure out how to do that.
