You are not worthless. You are very important. Please be gentle with yourself.
You were just in an accident. It sounds like you are suffering from the stress and anxiety from the accident as well as depression. Do everything you can to be good to yourself and offer yourself care, as if you were caring for you, the person you were as a very small child.
I hope you begin to feel a bit better. I hope you are able to get to the doctor as well as see your therapist. Is public transportation any possibility?

When I was in the deepest of my pain, and trying to stay out of my head as much as possible, the best I could do was look at pictures online that were soothing. For me, it was flowers and gardens - endlessly...
Please try not to be so hard on yourself. You have been through a lot.
