I think that for someone who does not trust the "system" this is not useful! You have to believe that somewhere in the system there is someone who will listen to you, someone whom you can find before the ones who won't listen will do you in, in order to shut you up. This kind of trust is not easy, if you have not been treated with respect in the past.
