Wow Des, I am so sorry this happened to you. I have had similiar experiences, both with mental health people as well as in the medical field. You would think that people in this line of work would be compassionate, and it's a shame that they get away with this type of behavior.

I agree with Wisewoman, I would call back and ask to speak to their supervisor. Talking to someone higher up just may work. I wish you the best and hope those people get what's coming to them!
