Hi turquoisesea,
I can really relate. It sounds like you are doing a lot of good things for yourself, eating right and getting to the gym and getting good sleep. That is awesome. I know what you mean though, it is so frustrating. I have spent my whole life being tired. Just dragging, even tired after I wake up. I have also been to a lot of doctors to check for lyme disease, CFS, lupus, thyroid problems, anemia, etc. But they never really found anything. I can't remember do you take any meds for depression? Or if you do, have you thought about re-addressing what may or may not be working with your doc? I have had an unexpected experience in starting on that route a few months ago. (Even though my depression diagnosis came over four years ago). I don't know why, but for the first time I am finally feeling like I have a little more energy. I had to find the right med, because a few I tried actually put me in bed for the whole day - gak, which was the last thing I needed. But I settled on one and have had pretty good luck with it. I was amazed that the tiredness lifted with it because it had been so long that I hardly even noticed it anymore. It was a part of who I was... Anyway, just thought I'd share. Sending many supportive thoughts your way.
