When I feel down and can't take the negative emotions. I get something to strangle myself with. I don't cut myself often but I do sometimes scratch myself. With strangling myself, I'm not doing anything bad to my body. I might feel like light headed but I don't do it for a long time. I might do it for a few minutes. I feel better when I have strangled myself. It's like all these negative emotions go away.

I deserve to be unhappy. People love to make me unhappy.
