I am on an approved portion controlled eating plan already. I know all the rules. I know what is good and what is not. I have plenty of good options and choices to make. But it is me that is not doing it. I am starting to think that I probably do need someone to talk to but it won't be a nutritionist. It will have to be someone who specializes in emotional eating. Can't believe I just admitted that.
