Working nights is erratic at best, especially dealing with the meds.
Try & figure out the difference between boredom & your mind/body needing sleep. Which is the priority, keeping busy for the sake of maybe missing something or making the time & priority of sleep.
I know, that you know, the importance of sleep, (gentle reminder).
