The past 3 or four months my therapist has been trying to teach me to cope with my cycles of depression. I sat down and wrote out what we went over in session. This is specific to me. This present cycle is very bad. I am trying all that she has taught me and so far I am not suicidal. I am very depressed but getting through it. This is my journal on getting through depression. Maybe it might help someone to put together a list of things that make them feel better. I try to do at least 3 a day. Hope this helps someone.
Things to help me get through this cycle of depression.
Do something I like to do each day.
1 Go for a walk
2 Go to the library
3 Chat with online friends
4 Play the piano
5 Experiment in the kitchen (Cook)
6 Take a bubble bath
7 Do some cryptograms
8 Make a origami figure
9 Call or visit my neighbor
10 Play my flute or recorder
11 Do some online jigsaw puzzles
12 Work in garden
13 Work on building another PC
