I've had that several times. The freakiest one was when I thought I was awake and my kids were climbing on me. I couldn't tell them to stop because one of them was on my throat. Suddenly I woke up and my kids ran into my room and climbed on me and I couldn't breathe. Then I woke up for real. The whole thing probably lasted seconds.
