My Pdoc makes only one change at a time. This seems to be working even though I had to learn patience when waiting for results.
As I see her once a month for Rx consult. I am on 5 meds and optional Ativan.
She is open to making phone call adjustments when a new medication is clearly not working. (Celexa had me sleep 23 hours a day!)

She explains that finding the right combination takes time and she is guided by experience of the medications and reactions in patients.
