What a great way to learn about yourself within the safety of group therapy.
Next session is for another 3 weeks and I am expecting that this will be more challenging as it is building on the assertiveness skills from the past 3 weeks. Monday Wednesday and Thursday from 930 to 1145, the last 45 is a break then a self care or self awareness practice.
Anyone else in GT have a meditation or relaxation practice at the end of sessions?
