Try and write down your proposed conversation. I made a list of what I wanted to tell my pdoc, then forgot it!! Grrrr. And when I got there, I was SOOOooooo nervous. But think I remembered most things. Talking to him properly actually made me respect him more, because I finally saw that he did care. And it mattered that I knew this. I'd feel a lot more comfortable phoning him now, and with my upcoming change In meds, he said I must call if things don't seem normal.

Bear in mind that Wellbutrin can cause anxiety - maybe this is your underlying issue?

Please call your pdoc or someone similar. What about telling your T if that's easier and let your 2 professionals deal with each other...?
