If I understand Seroquel dosage correctly, and I may not remember the detail, yours is for sleep and depression, and what you experience is more like a mixed state. I would ask for Lithium because it is a true mood stabilizer and is a gold standard in the field, but you would find divergent opinions on this board as there are many drugs now, each with its own side effects, plus there are individual reactions. So you are entering the land of trial and error. Again, I would start with Lithium and see if you can tolerate it, together with Seroquel.
