I took them for about 3 months and had to stop them as I thought I was going crazy.
I felt like my whole body was shutting down on me but everyone is different, I slept for about 18 hours a day at one point and could not even hold a spoon.

They can take upto 6 weeks to kick in, I felt suicidal with them so I had to stop.
