i have a lot of breaks do to holidays and the seem to be getting harder to take each time.but i usually try to keep myself busy.i write her letters i dont send ,make cards,write in my journal.go out and about to stop me from thinking about therapy.i also have my husband here who helps with distracting also like this weekend he is taking me away to a haunted house thing overnight.he knows i had a rough T session last week and will be obsessing so off we go.doesnt always work and it is hard.
