Erin Bear,
I do mean the movie and for anyone who hasn't viewed it, I recommend it. I found it to be educational in how the mind puts thoughts and memories together. I used that information in my own healing process. It made so much sense - reality is nothing more than our perception of it. What a true statement. But, it went beyond that because it also dove into paradgms and how some things, at certain times in out lives, are just beyond out comprehension (sense of reality - paradym). It allowed me the patients I needed with myself to understand certain aspects of therapy.
Thanks for the response.
