Please don't think like that. If your depressions last for ages, they last for ages. You're here in this place because we all understand how that feels perfectly. Honestly, being able to identify with someone else is a large part of why I keep coming back here. None of us are alone.
And on the other hand, I'm really glad that you're feeling better. The sheer relief of feeling a depression like that begin to lift is amazing. I really hope that it continues for you.
