2 years since I started to admit I needed help/meds, but they had to be tweaked earlier this year, so it's been another 6 months on top of those years to find the latest combo. However, I've had bipolar all my life, it just became extreme at age 20, onward. So that would make it 11 years I didn't find the right combo because meds weren't tried on me between the ages of 20-28 and 3 more years of trying to get them right.

It's been a tough road, but totally worth it now that I'm stable and can finish my degree in June...crossing my fingers.
