I had a really freaky hallucination and now its coming into my dream

I went for a walk into the city about 2 days ago at 11pm
and i saw my friend.
I called out to her and she turned around...
Her body was wrecked and covered with blood.

I screamed
Then i ran, i ran away then the next day i got an email from her saying she needed me and she was upset and stuff...

now that has come back to haunt me.

*tears*

I cant stand it
