I see my pdoc every 4 - 6 weeks. More often if he thinks I need more frequent monitering. I usually pick up my scripts at the end of the session, but if I run out of something between appointments, my pharmacy can fax him with a refill request, and he'll refill it. But he really isn't thrilled about doing that.
