(((BNLsMOM))) I hear you on the phone thing!!! I am EXACTLY the same way. Ugh, what fun, anxiety.
I have been on a health streak since my miscarriage in April, but I always leave myself a little room for chocolate. DARK chocolate - cocoa via makes tiny little bars of it that are just the right size for emergencies. Instant, if temporary, mood boost -- and sometimes it buys me enough time in a good mood to get the energy to go get involved in something else that will make me feel good. Going out for coffee with a girlfriend, working on a project, or just folding a basket of laundry. (Something I hate doing but always feel great about when it's done...)
Hang in there. I hope you do okay... I'm heading into the time of year when my depression typically takes over, and I am hoping and praying the meds head it off this year. It's sad that, as destructive as mania has been in my life, I almost still dread the depression more. It has eaten up so much of my life.
